STEP 1: Pay Minimal Charges

You pay INR 150(FOR SINGLE PRODUCT) and 200 Rs(FOR 2 PRODUCTS)(100Rs add on for more products & it applies on combos too) to initiate the request that we have to pay to our shipping partners to initiate the reverse pickup at your doorstep..

STEP 2: Reverse Pickup

We do arrange a reverse pickup with in 48 hours you complete the step 1..

STEP 3: Quality Check

Our team checks the quality as soon as we receive the products back to our warehouse..quality check means the price tag should be there and the product should be unused.

STEP 4: Dispatch New Exchanged Products

We dispatch the new products as soon as the product will reach to the warehouse and  quality checks done..

 

 

Refunds

We do not have any refund or return policy as our stock is Produced as per demand. 
We exchange and bear shipping cost in case of any Damages or other issues made from our level.
